Snow at last: today Chicago received what I would call the first decent amount for Winter 2011-2012. There's something terrifically honest about the cold winter and the troubles it might bring; and to me that is all the more admirable. I love this city and if I didn't appreciate the weather, then I would leave. For one quarter of the year, this is what is dealt and this is what is to be withstood.
